Least at least once a day sometimes twice the lottery app will not open and the screen remains with no information on it and most of the time I just delete it and then reload it from the App Store and most of the time it’ll work but not always terrible terrible quality on this app

App comes up then blinks right off. This app does not work at all. STILL DOESNT WORK. Again 12/26/21. This app still doesn’t work. It just blinks away.

This app needs a lot of work. First thing you should see on the home screen is the current jackpots. Take a look at Rhode Island’s app. Way better and more user-friendly.

Sometimes it will say it’s a winner and it’s really not. It’s slow. Seems a little outdated. When I use my GA lottery app it actually tells me how much I won and it’s always correct. Please fix bugs and update this app!
App works 99% of the time

Been using this app for years and very rarely does it give me any problems. It’s much more convenient using this app instead of having to hang onto all your tickets to check them at a store. The scan function has always been correct. With that being said, I’m sure CT can improve this app fairly easily especially with all the money lottery brings in but they’d rather waste the money on other BS while still taxing the hell out of us.

I read about this app on the CT Lottery website and decided to download it to my phone. I had just scanned two winning tickets at a local retailer earlier that day, but the app said the tickets weren’t winners. I’d urge anyone against trusting this app to scan your tickets. Check your numbers online or go to a lotto retailer.
