Not working after last upgrade – CT Lottery Review

The Scan Ticket function does not work any more it states that the device is not yet registered. Also to send an email to support does not work as well on the iPhone. The submission form says to enter code to submit form but no code is available. Before upgrade the app was very good. Please fix
