Cannot log in. Tried to reset the Password at least 5 times. No email or link received. Last time I tried to log in, the app just locked up. Deleted and re- installed the app ... still locked up. Same behavior on iPhone 11, iPhone 8 ... hard to believe that this company can navigate massive boats and run such a fun cruise ... but can’t get their app to work on an iPhone.

I use the app to research my cruises and book them. Twice in the last few days, the pages froze as I was trying to see the ship's layout. Very inconvenient.

This app makes cruising even more easy. Everything is at your fingertips. Plan everything at the touch of a button. And then when you get on board ... for a small fee you can text your cruise friends and family on board. I live the ease of it all.

NCL needs to really work on with improving this application. The on-ship communication which they charge you extra for works about 30% of the time. I want refund. Application does not properly integrate with iOS to provide notifications. You have to open the app constantly to check for messages even when it is properly on ship WiFi. The calling feature occasionally works. Half the time it errors out and sometimes will call a cabin, but calling another guest with application never worked. NCL FIX your application. You owe me credit.

App works pretty nice for the most part but some key functionalities are very buggy... I couldn’t complete online checkin using the app because it erroneously was not checking off one of my sections as complete, even though I had entered all required fields and did not get error messages when submitting. I also booked dinner reservations weeks ago (or so I had thought) but the app didn’t register them. I received neither error or confirmation messages. Navigating around the app can also be very confusing at times... it’s not laid out very well. I’m pretty shocked that a big line such as Norwegian hasn’t made a user friendly app that actually functions as expected. Very frustrating experience. You know it’s bad when you call customer service and their own agents are telling you not to use their buggy app and do everything on a computer instead.

It's a good use of the freestyle daily for mobile use though sometimes it doesn't match the print out. The in app me$$enger is pretty handy for large groups or families. However we often found you had to “forget network” and reconnect to make it work. Carry a mobile charger cause it will KILL your battery. When you get off the ship make sure you force close the app as it will continue running in the background killing your battery.

I have enjoyed using the APO to prepare for my Cruise. All parts work well except the Excursion part which doesn’t have a way to return to the PORT list once you chose an excursion and expand it for details. I kept having to return several pages to get back to list by Port and it returns to the starting day rather than next Port.
