Worked great until yesterday. Keeps crashing, logging me out and cuts off the keyboard mid text. I/we need this app to communicate and this makes it impossible. I’m going on a cruise today, and this screws things up. Please fix!!!

After logging in, this app will sit and spin. Getting a cannot load error. Same thing happening to my sister sitting next to me on her phone.

I have a cruise entered and the countdown shows a third extra amount of days until departure. Otherwise it works ok. It’s a bit difficult to compare excursions.
Caffeinating
This app is about selling things, not about helping you while on the cruise. It even requires an up-charge to use the in-app chat to get help or enquire about something the app leaves ambiguous. (Up-charges are a typical and overly-common Norwegian Cruise Line feature, so no surprise here). And... It’s slow, especially when it needs to access something off your phone. Perfect example: it asked me if I liked the app.... I inadvertently answered yes. This locked the phone for about 90 seconds, after which it asked me to write this review. About 30 more seconds of locked app later, I was able to start typing. (And this is with me having the premium WiFi/internet package, which cost so much, it’s embarrassing to mention). I’m sure if I had said no to the “do you like this app” question, I would have suffered no delay, because the app would not dare ask me to enter a review. Having said that, I was able to order a diving excursion, and a few hours later the tickets arrived at my stateroom... so it does appear the app works for ordering things. Just don’t expect it to help you become acquainted with the ship, nor current goings on, if you didn’t already know these things.

Can’t access the app with my I’d. Just not working. The window shrinks to half size so typing on the iPad is difficult

My cruise embarks in just over 5 hours. Up until last night, the app has worked fine. Last night, the display changed from planning-focused to get ready to go-focused. At that point, the one feature that didn’t work was the section on what to expect on Day 1. Kind of important, right? This morning, when I attempted to login, I get an error message that says “Sorry, but this page didn’t load properly. Please try again.” When you click “Try Again”, it just cycles over and over. To put it lightly, I’m bummed. Please fix, ASAP, please...

Everyone on board was so happy to help in any way they could and wanted all travelers to have the best experience possible..We have made many friends with the great staff at bars, restaurants etc and look forward to seeing you again in February...
