What happened? Crashes constantly – Cruise Norwegian - NCL Review

Worked great until yesterday. Keeps crashing, logging me out and cuts off the keyboard mid text. I/we need this app to communicate and this makes it impossible. I’m going on a cruise today, and this screws things up. Please fix!!!
