I love this game but I’ve only received one free image and I don’t know how to get more. There isn’t a button or a single tap thing that is stated in the description of the update so I’m lost. Please help!

I suffer from depression and anxiety, so to calm myself Iput my ocean sounds on and cross stitch. It really helps me!

Game has been fun for quite some time now, but after the last update it locks up on occasion. Only solution is to shutdown my iPad and restart. Even then it takes a couple of attempts before I can play again, I'm running the latest iOS as of Nov. 12, 2019.
Problems with the rewards

This game is overall incredibly fun, though there used to be a feature that allowed you to watch back a video of how you specifically had done the pattern (if you went by color or worked your way around the edge it would produce a very different video) that feature is gone now... There is also a problem with only being able to create your own pattern once a day and then getting almost no reward for doing so. I even payed a few in game points to make a higher quality pattern and my reward was LESS than I had spent so I lost points and a full hour of my life doing the pattern. I think the system would be much better if the patterns we made could happen more often and get better rewards. I want to purchase patterns from the store but Currently it will cost me $10 USD to get a decent pack and that’s just a lot more than I think a mobile game should be asking for a pattern pack. Maybe if there was a way to do a fee that could unlock certain content every day/week that would help.

I have had this game for at least two years and I used to love playing it. After an update awhile ago my phone started to get hot every time I played it. I dont have this problem with any other games or apps. This game drains my battery and that’s what makes my phone hot. I have kept the game on my phone just to see if the issue gets fixed and it’s been over 9 months and the problem is still there. I will be deleting until it gets figured out.

I love this cross stitch world. Although one disappointing fact is that apple iPad users can’t get the free patterns because we don’t have a redeem coupon button. Please fix this feature for those that use iPads. And I will rate 5 stars.

Was enjoying this app until I realized how long it takes to accumulate polnts. Also my polnts are not being added to my account, meager as they are.
