I have played this game daily for 3 years. It being my favorite app and go to place to calm my nerves. I have also spent a lot of money to buy Cross Stitch cash...and just recently bought two of your packages. But as of two weeks ago...your app will not go on line. All my other apps go online with no problem. I’ve contacted you about this problem...and you just told me that only 15 other people have had this problem with your app and there was nothing you can do! And then you ignored my responses to contact you again! I have contacted my ISP and they have rebooted, reconfigured and changed my IP address and I still cannot connect! I’ve updated your app and uninstalled and reinstalled...and it still won’t connect! I’ve contacted computer technicians and they have told me that somehow, your app has blocked my ISP. I just want it to work again...

Sooooo..... I was crazy about this app. I bought a NixePlay frame so I could display my cross stitch as well as posting my finished works to my Pinterest. Abou 4 or 5 days ago I started having issues with the app. It’s very frustrating. Sometimes it won’t load, often it won’t connect to internet, disabling save and share, which means I can’t send it to my photo gallery. Then it will work, then it will not. And so on and so forth. Also I have the app on my iPhone 10 Plus as well as my iPad Pro. The two devices seldom sync and when they eventually do sync I have no idea how long, or when it did. I sent an email to the developers, to see if they was advice they could give me (after all I pay for this app yearly) and never heard a word from them. I think I’m gonna search the App Store for alternatives.

You get what you pay for. In this case, you get gorgeous patterns to "cross stitch". Some are free but you do have to buy others. They are worth every penny! I get tired of chronic complaints about paying for apps. I don't work for free and I definitely don't mind paying someone to develop and maintain an app with an easy interface that allows me to create beautiful graphics. In a few hours I turned a photo into an even more beautiful image using this app. Did I mention that it's also extremely relaxing? Update: The developers continue to improve this app. I can’t recommend it too highly! It is so relaxing and the end product is always satisfying - and definitely better than doing cross stitch with needle and thread.

I love this app. The patterns are beautiful and the thread colors are gorgeous. It makes you appreciate a regular cross stitch as these take some time and are not as involved as a regular cross stitch. I really enjoy doing the patterns.

UPDATE December 8, 2019 - Just updated app. Suppose to now have in progress folder. Ummmmm there are TONS of photos in my in progress folder I haven’t even started yet. Why are they in there, and how am I suppose to find what I HAVE started?? I think it’s messed up on my end!! Please fix, I really do need this because of CSW groups I’m in, plus I have 2 of my own CSW groups. I do many challenges and this would be a huge help, but not if it doesn’t work correctly. The BEST cross stitch app. The original FIRST cross stitch app. This actually started on FB in 2015. There was no app for this until.... hmmm couple yrs ago? Not exactly sure. When it came to app I jumped on it. I wrote a review already but it’s gone for some reason. Only gripe I have is every Wednesday they give us a free picture but the only way to get it is on your laptop or computer. You cannot get it on your phone or tablet app. This is because they make us put in a code to get it. It’s rediculous because I play a ton of games and many of them now have FB pages and they give away free gaming stuff. All we have to do is watch one advertisement to get it. I’m willing to watch an advertisement to get a free picture every week. But no ads other than that! I’ll quit playing if they ever revert to making us watch advertisements. Otherwise this is THE BEST cross stitch app there is!! I just wish more people knew about it. There is an awesome cRoss stitch world group that shares TONS AND TONS of pictures. All the members are extremely nice and sharing. There are a ton of people to add to CSW and get a free pattern daily from a picture. You also get to upload one of any picture you want free daily! That’s 2 free pictures a day. Packages can be bought. You earn credits every time you finish a picture. The purchased packages go on sale all the time! Yesterday 3 were on sale. This is a MUST TRY, especially if you cross stitch or color!!
