I really like this game but for the last two weeks I can not open please fix the promblem

New review since so much was updated, I am so glad that the reviews were heard on how hard it is to get enough cash to get patterns- it has gotten so much better between the daily bit and the free patterns! Still not easy to get exactly what you want, which is fine, it’s at least not going to take you a month to buy a new pack! I have been liking the amount of patterns so far, I’ve been playing for quite a while and haven’t felt like I’m anywhere close to running out of patterns. Overall very fun game, it’s my favorite thing to do while I listen to my podcasts and try to wake up for the day!! Thanks for all the work on this game!!

Lost everything

What’s going on. Went to this app to get my 40(bought, should be getting 40 points per day for a year). Only was offered 25. Then I notice I only have 3676 points. Should have over 22,000. I love this app & usually give it 5 stars

I’ve had this app for a long time and can’t connect right now. Even after deleting and reinstalling. It says your server can not connect. Please help!

I was using a different version and when this game integrated to Apple I lost all of my incomplete patterns as well as the Cross Stitch Cash. Because I do not know what my account number is, it appears I am our of luck.

THE NEW UPDATE NOT ONLY WIPED ALL OF MY HARD WORK BUT I HAVE PUT MONEY IN TO THIS GAME AND NO ONE STILL HAS NOT HELP ME FIX IT

I’ve been playing this game for more than five years. I had to reset my FB password then the app wouldn’t let me back in. I had to uninstall it. After reinstalling and signing back in, everything was gone. Patterns that I paid cash to get and hundreds of hours of work.

Looked for an update but none. I have the lastest version. Yet, the options to watch an ad for dollar, btw are much needed to help get more puzzles, are gone Again. Not sure why this happens. Works great for a week the BAM. gone.

Not connecting

I have played this game for over two years and loved it, however over the last several weeks it will not connect to my internet, therefore I cannot access my money to buy more pictures. My internet is not the issue and I'm not the only player getting the same message. They updated on their Facebook page at the beginning of October stating they are working on fixing the problem. I have contacted them and they will not respond. I'm hoping they will at least communicate and give an update on their fb page letting us know what the status is on fixing this app. In the meantime I will say goodbye for now and find something else to play.
