OK but needs Touch ID

Seems to work OK but needs Touch ID to bring it up to date. No 5th star until that.

I have had the app for awhile and it has always worked well. I can do almost everything on it and love the convenience of not having to go onto the web. I recommend this app for anyone who has a CU West account.

While the app is fast, convenient and easy to navigate, it's time for an update. Time to offer "Touch ID" for account authorization access.

Worst bank ever

I have never been so displeased with this bank. I've been going in circles since I made an account because they seem to not be capable of giving you the actual information you need to do much as cash a check let alone have an active duty military spouse added to your account.

This app is ok. Unfortunately the mobile check deposit is a pretty important feature for me and it constantly fails me. My checks are typically handwritten, maybe it would do better with printed checks. But as it stands, i know other credit unions have similar services and better apps. I may have to just go that route.

Online deposits don't work any longer. I do like the new quick access, but it doesn't do any good if I can't deposit money into my account.

I had an issue where there was a $23 late payment that I didn't know about until it was 30 days past due because the app only shows the amount due for that month. Where as it should show the total amount due including missed or late payments just like any major banking institutions apps.
