Every Time I try to get on, its a hit or miss situation. Have to delete program and re-install the program (per guidance of CU) maybe I’ll be lucky, maybe not? My odds of winning the lottery is better
The update rendered the app useless. Can’t log in and imputing info to retrieve log in credentials states “unable” even though I am 100% positive the info is accurate. Please create an alternative method of retrieving log in!
After version 3 update, I can’t log in!! Did you QA this app before release? lol. Come on guys...
Nicole was a great help in my learning how to log in after changes. Nicole and all the employees are the friendliest and most helpful of any banking businesses I have experienced.
Agree with Update doesn’t recognize any previous credentials nor the temp ones communicated by email (poor security).
