Horrible App
Frustrated Fanny
Couldn’t log in. Was on the line with customer service for 25 minutes. Absolutely hate this new update. All three of our family members have had nothing but problems with this App.

The people at Credit Union Worst. Are the worst. One entire week of calling these idiots about their new app and with their uneducated instructions I still can’t log into my account. It’s been a horrible relationship with these lazy idiots. Time to end it.

Does not recognize my finger print on my iPhone and a hassle having to put in my password almost all the time. Please fix the app so finger print takes the place of having to manually sign on. ☹️

This app works very well, from my experience so far. I would very much like an option, within the app, to be able to see detailed account information (full account number and routing number). I am also very much looking forward to the cards being supported by Apple Pay very soon! Great experience all around so far! -Tony

Love their services & the App generally works but desperately needs to add 2st Century features like support for Zelle & Apple Pay.

There are so many updated features that allow you to do almost anything. Looking forward to P2P transfers eventually. Great Job CUW.

Friendliest staff ever! Always happy and ready to go above and beyond. The new app is great. One down side. Just hoping for checks to be instantly deposited from a photo.

Out of the two bank apps I use , this is the easiest to access my info and navigate around.

Love this bank! I can also pay my car payment through them and it’s Received immediately, you don’t have to have a minimum to have a checking account, all you have to do is open a savings and put and keep $5. The bankers are so friendly and helpful! Love this bank....
