I only get 3 exercises for a workout. I bought the "inclusive" app upgrade. Still only 3 exercises. I look at it again today and yet another option for buying more. No thanks. Feels like a scam.
I've tried 7 fitness apps so far and Shred just works for me. I can do the workout anywhere: home, gym, hotel. I break a sweat, I get sore, I finish in 15-25 minutes and my body's changing. I will be upgrading once I finish the free 30 day beginners routine. It just makes sense. And when I want more, I just lift or run or walk after I Shred. But Shred is my minimum and only workout most days - and it's working.
