Delicious, but locations are different

Frisco’s location actually tastes a lot better than the Denton one. We go to both VERY frequently and the Frisco one always tastes fresher AND they actually give you a good amount of sides. For example, I might get 6 corn nuggets from Denton, but 10 from Frisco.

I love Cowboy Chicken! Every opportunity I have to influence lunch selection I choose them. That said, the app is finicky. I love that I can order from the app for most things. That I can pay for to go orders thru the app and in store with the app to rack up points (and I do rack them up). But I find that when I want to order Family Packs it always gives me trouble. It will tell me the item is not available but when I call the location I can place the order over the phone without issue. I do wish I could order Family packs through the app. It would save me a ton of time and hassle.

Love the 1/4 white meat chicken breast! The meat is tender and flavorful. Also enjoyed the peach cobbler! Delicious! And great service by the folks in the Irving, TX location. I’ll be back!

I received an ad in the mail. I downloaded the app and before I knew it they charged my card. I haven't had the chance to order yet!!!


Cannot place delivery order

I enter all my details for the order and click Review Order then it errors saying cannot connect. "Something's gone wrong. Sorry, we're having trouble connecting to this business. Please try again." I have options to Cancel or Clear Cart, which causes me to start over. Trying to get a delivery from the Plano, TX location. Happy to adjust my review once it is fixed.


Cannot connect and no technical support

Tried to send an order and it was confirmed on my end through the app. My credit card was charged as well. The restaurant said nothing came through and you will have to call LevelUP. Well, they do not have a readily available number, on email and app messaging, which says they will get right back to you. This is not true, all I want is my money back that they are holding on to and not responding. Will be happy to remove this review if and when I get refunded.

And then everything fell apart. It said my order was on the way. But it never made it. I had to call. Let's hope it doesn't make it to my card.


Too invasive for chicken

Auto renewing pre pay through Apple Pay? Notifications? Track location even when not in use? No. No. No. I just wanted some chicken coupons man. This is too much.


App is cool but still had to wait

I would think the purpose of a app would be to place an order and have it ready to pick up at a particular time. However, I placed my order and arrived 15 minutes after the designated pick up time and they had not even started my order. Fortunately, there was no one in line and they immediately started putting it together. However, if five people have been in line I would have had A 15 minute or more weight just to pick up an order I placed with a aap. They need to fix this problem and maybe have an alarm that sounds when they receive an order via their online app.
