Downloads feature

Lyssa93

What’s the point of having a downloads feature if you can’t even use it offline. It seems like the downloads tab still relies on some type of connectivity because every time I try to use it while I’m on the train it never works. Love the app itself but it’s definitely frustrating for someone who is trying to be productive.

Great App, Room For Improvement

PurpleViolet21

It’s a great app, I love how smooth and clear it is on my iPad. My only complaint is when I complete a quiz, it’d be nice if it showed completed, because I don’t like to take things twice if I don’t have to.

Icon Glitch

Nagorlath

So far I have no problems actually using the app. However, sometimes the icon on my iPad Mini will change into this geometric design. On that state the app is un-openable. Currently, to resolve the issue you have to rearrange the apps and then back out of that. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Offline mode doesn’t work at all.

arulkumaravel

This app allows course videos to be downloaded for offline viewing. The offline mode doesn’t seem to work correctly. First if you click on course, you get a spinner forever and it doesn’t show course . If you go downloaded videos section, the videos are not in order. Without course listing page and videos not being proper order, you are stuck. Please fix!!!

No internet connection

Runner987664321

Constantly getting no internet connection errors when not on WiFi, even on downloaded content. Please fix.

Nice, really nice

AllMostDone

I have/had great hopes for this app. Unfortunately when after creating an account I reached an impasse. It seems that the area where you choose your interest is blank... that’s right blank. I’m not sure how you would choose a class in nothing or how you would even teach this.

Buggy since 2015

Neberheim

Firstly, this is not a review of Coursera, which is a great platform that is a credit to the internet; this is a review of the app. I first downloaded this app in 2015, and I believe it has actually gotten worse as time goes on. From GUI bugs, to graphical glitches, unresponsiveness, and the final straw for writing this review: Even the support ticket request page doesn’t work. I was required to dig through the web-based help center until I could find the ticket request form. Even trying to send the logs to support, I receive “Error. Device logs are not available. Try again later.” It’s not a great sign when an app is so broken that you can’t even request help properly. Hopefully your mileage will vary. Otherwise stick to the web-based service for now.

Disappointed

Bravura Beck

Paying member and it’s truly a SMH moment when such a successful platform can’t get their app together. Why do APPs sign you out when it’s an app?!?! and to make matters worse they say you have a bad username and password. If there’s something I do well it’s keep passwords. Spreadsheets are my life so if i can log in on my comp and not my app it’s your issue. What’s the point of paying if I can’t access my courses on the app? We’re going backwards here: It’s annoying and to be honest shouldn’t even be an issue. coursera is an established company already your development team should do better

That app doesn’t work right!

I like this program but that doesn’t let me do anything either on Wifi or on data. It keep telling me I’m offline. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks

Reading Reviews of Course

CreatorAza

I like the concept of coursera but find it odd that you cant read reviews of the courses via the app. Im sure this will be expanded on.
