Got a non-runner running for first time ever!

If I can do it, you can do it! Thanks C25K!

Really helps

nener-quir

I’m 62 and new at running. Really helps me!

The timing helps so much.

Jacqualyn S.

I thought I was just too old and out of shape to run anymore. Really helped me get back into it

App exceeded expectations

I’ve never run really ever with this app I can guarantee anyone who wants to reach their goal of running a 5k or even more will be able to reach their goal without an issue !!

The weekly increases in time are too great

McDonaldFamily

If the app truly reflects its name, Couch to 5K, this app should be for a person who is out of shape. That is not how the workouts are structured. The weekly increases in time are too great for someone out of shape. My workout buddy and I have had to repeat the weeks multiple times. We stopped using the app and are structuring our workouts with 30 second increases weekly. I would not pay for this app.

Useful but buggy and watch implementation is useless

sonoftheeternalone

I have had this for about a year or more. It’s useful when it works but it’s been buggy and the watch app is absolutely useless.

From couch potato to running a 5k. You cannot beat this app and program. It works!

Used this app years ago to teach myself that I could jog for more than 30 seconds with proper training. It worked. In a year I was training for a half marathon. Took many years off due to being in school, and now I am back using this app again. It’s the best.

Not bad but not perfect

Chimmer7

Not quite a literal couch to 5k program. Someone who goes from no exercise routine and a bit overweight will have to repeat weeks to be prepared to be able to go from jogging 2 minutes to 3 minutes and then repeat to go from 3 to 5 minutes and so on. Also a big flaw for me is that whenever the app gives encouragement at the halfway point it lowers my music and doesn’t resume normal volume until the run is over. It also glitched on my last run today too- I really need my music up to help me mentally get through the run! For a non-free app I’d like bugs fixed fast and see a bit more workout variety for different levels.

Sound is the only issue

SarahMarie2413

I have used this app several times to get back into running when I’ve stopped. My only issue with it is that sometimes when the coach comes in during the middle of a running or jogging section, the music volume drops by at least 50%. The running parts are when I need the music the most, so it’s annoying that that is the time in drops.

My fallback

hatchling84

Love this app, anytime I suffer an injury or am out of the running game for any long period, I always fallback to this app to get back on track, just wish the watch app would work without the phone, I hate having to carry my phone on runs. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars
