New update is glitchy

I can’t finish a level truly because the level doesn’t respond to the timer ending and doesn’t catch that there aren’t any more customers. I also haven’t been able to move around the screen to play bonus levels or get cupcakes without having to close out the app and restarting it again. It’s a great game with fantastic concepts but the glitches are turning me away.

Fun but it crashes constantly

It's fun to play but it crashes randomly. Even in the middle of a level. I played a level over 3 times because of it. I'd rather delete it then be bothered with that. Fix the crashing

Stupid changes

They changed it to where you can’t stack up cupcakes and limit it (so stupid) AND you can’t keep the points that you earn even if you can’t beat the level...what gives??

Driving me crazy with disconnects

Every time it has updated, the disconnects have become more frequent. I can play, win, get disconnected, and it counts as a loss. This happens both at work (I work in IT so I have great wi-fi) and at home. This did not happen when I first downloaded game.

Impossible levels to make you buy power ups

I really liked it until I got the point where there are levels that are impossible without power ups. There are levels where I do everything perfectly and still fail the level. I wish they could monetize it in a different way, without trying to force you to buy power ups by making really frustrating levels.

Fun for a while

It’s a fun game for a while. Until you leave NY and none of your money comes with you. Even then, you can survive for a while if you are willing to play the extra shifts over and over for hours to buy the necessary upgrades to pass the levels. Even then, there are extra shifts that you will pass the first time you play and then suddenly not be able to beat the second time even though everything is exactly the same. If you aren’t willing to spend money to continue playing, I’d suggest not getting hooked on this game. I’m not exaggerating when I say it takes HOURS to build up enough coins to buy upgrades. I will admit the developers are genius at getting players to spend money. I still refuse to pay, so I will probably delete it now that I’ve been trying to get past the same spot for weeks. If you’re making a time management game, make it that. Allow players to be rewarded sufficiently when they are technically beating the levels to continue playing. If you want to make a paid game, charge me to download it.

This is a really great game; it’s just a shame that we can get past certain levels Unless we PURCHASE extra time. The coins are USELESS! It would be WONDERFUL if we could use the coins we earn to buy either “out of time” boosters - since that’s the one that’s ALWAYS needed OR use for upgrades. I know the coins let you upgrade your businesses, but what the heck is the use of getting all these coins when you can’t even get past certain levels to GET TO the new businesses to use them no matter how many other boosters you use yo help you in a level. It always goes back to out of time - now PURCHASE some more time. I think the creators are just getting greedy. That’s it! I’m done! I’m deleting this game. It was fun for a while.

Combo Levels

I was having a lot of fun with this game until the Mexico City levels that require you to make a certain amount of coins just from the combos are too difficult compared to all the other level types in the game. So maybe if there is a possibility that this feature could be removed or if you could choose to skip levels with spoons/coins would be nice.

Bonus Levels

This game is by far my favorite cooking game app. I've tried out others but this one I feel like is challenging enough but still beatable to keep me still playing. My problem right now: I don't know if people had been complaining that the 10-minute bonus levels were "too hard" or something but lately they've seemed like just ordinary levels, where only one person comes up and orders one item at a time. The point of these levels was to challenge you into seeing if you could keep up with the fast-paced, multitask-required so that, if you do, you get a big reward at the end. I greatly enjoyed the challenge and liked the deserved prize I could use to benefit my restaurants, but now it just seems to lack severely. I have only been playing the bonus level that I have unlocked in Moscow so I'm not sure if other bonus levels in other cities have become simplified as well, but I really hope not. Please consider changing the difficulty level back, I really enjoy this game otherwise!
