Amazing

Mzinn

I'm a huge point & click adventure fan & this game takes it to a whole new level. It's gorgeous & the gameplay is amazing. Trying to figure out a contradiction has you using your deduction & reasoning skills. When you finally do figure one out the game opens up to more dialog & contradictions. Very well done!

Surprisingly great!

Tackyrobinson

I purchased this hoping it would be decent enough to finish, I figured it would give me about 2 hours of gameplay and I'd be at least slightly amused through out. $7 seems like allot, but truly this game is fantastic! I've been playing for almost 3 hours and I'm only 26% done with the game. I was expecting cheesy bad acting, but no, the acting is pretty good, definitely higher calibre than I expected. I'm completely immersed in this story and though, at least as it stands right now, I'm pretty certain of how it's going to end, I'm not disappointed by that and at 26% I'll still be pleasantly surprised I'm sure. If you like point and click adventures, puzzle games, detective stories, or just want something completely different to play that will last you about 8hours to play though at least, you should definitely give this a shot. The only thing I can say about this that is a "negative" is that there is allot of backtracking and go back and forth between interviewees that can get repetitive, but i don't think it takes away from immersion or the story at all, at least for me.

Wonderful Surprise!

Was not sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Both with the quality of the acting as well as the cinematography. Definitely worth the price of admission, and as an added bonus there are absolutely NO IAP! ???

Bugs so far

lemonpips

I might like it if it were not so buggy. Thirty seconds after booting it up, I get intermittent sound only and a lot of input lag.

Great fmv murder mystery!

jansenjfa

This game took me back to the days of gabriel knight 2. It's a great murder mystery, made with a shoestring budget, but with great production values. The acting is excellent and the story is entertaining, the puzzles are generally fair, although the last two are a bit obscure. Anyway, highly recommended!

Contradiction-saying you enjoy this game

Math dude 3.14159

Boring, tedious, worse than a point-and-click adventure from the 80s. The real contradiction would be saying that the game is enjoyable!

Great Mystery

PickyKMM5

This was an interesting mystery, with twists and turns and lots to figure out. The game really centers on the story -- on paying attention to the bits of information you are able to obtain from witnesses over time, and finding (as the name suggests) logical inconsistencies, which give rise to new information that then moves the story forward. The acting was fun. I didn't experience any bugs.

Heavily Occult Oriented

BottleRocket_

When a game is heavily oriented towards the occult, there should be a disclaimer stating such. It’s the same issue with The Room.

Best acting. Best plots. Best hand gestures. Thank you Giant Bomb for introducing me to it and to Tim Follin for making such a terrific game.

So much fun

starla9

A wonderful story-driven game where you solve a murder mystery by interviewing suspects and catching them out in their own lies. The writing and acting are top-notch with a knowing bit (ok more than a bit!) of humor about the entire thing and a story that goes wonderfully, insanely crazy places. You get quite a few hours of gameplay here for the price, so if you like stories and adventure games..BUY THIS!
