Won’t upload

I have deleted this and my Dropbox app multiple times and reloaded again and it still randomly refuses to upload my stuff. It will do a few pictures and then stop uploading. I click retry on like the 30 pictures I’ve racked up to that point and it still won’t upload so I start retaking photos and it just stops uploading completely. If you want to waste valuable time taking pictures then go ahead and download this worthless app. I wish it worked because I like the format.

I was pretty disappointed at that fact I bought this app and have used it without issue for months now. Today I was going along taking pics and saving them as I usually do when I was forced to buy a subscription in order to save my pics. I do not use automatic STR upload I save to my phone and manually upload as I always have. To pay a subscription for something I’m not going to use is ridiculous. If it wasn’t for the fact that 1,500 pieces of inventory already have the look of consultant assistant I would have gone elsewhere.

I fell in love initially with this app, compared to taking pictures and creating collages myself. This does all the work for you. However it’s getting more and more frustrating. The app now takes at least a minute to upload each picture to STR, and if my phone shuts off while I’m setting up the next piece to photograph, then the upload failed and I have to start uploading all over again and not let my phone go to sleep. Every time I’ve opened the app recently, I’ve had to reconnect to STR to get the photos to even load. And, once you exit out of the app, you will no longer be able to access the photos you’ve taken. They just come up as blank gray photos. So, on a couple of occasions where I missed that a photo didn’t upload because my phone went to sleep, I had to completely retake the photos rather than just reupload like the app is supposed to be able to do. Little tweaks, but enough that I would switch to another app if I didn’t have to retake all my photos again...

Had no problem taking pictures and uploading to STR and now it won't do it. So I have to save to my google drive. Not happy at all because I love that it uploaded straight to STR and now I have extra steps I didn't want.

Multiple people have reported the same upload problem on their Facebook group... About a month ago I reported the same problem but it was intermittent. Now it’s consistent and not even being addressed and there are no temporary fixes. I have a ton of inventory to retake pictures I have and no working program to do it with... thanks but no... not renewing this contract unless they really up the customer service game.

This app is fab. Love how it automatically zooms in if you want. Makes taking pics of inventory easy & quick. Sale price for a year of use is reasonable - IMO for it being a time saver. Needs an update tho. Just started booting me out very consistently every 5-10 photos. It’s annoying.

Worst App EVER!!

Took 500+ photos on my phone (which took HOURS) and the app crashed before I was able to do the (extremely slow) upload to photo albums or shop the roe. Now they show up as empty photos! All of that time WASTED, Sale has to be put off which cost me a ton of income! F you, Consultant “Assistant”. Assist yourself right off a cliff and kill this app.
