I signed up for a year subscription back in February and for months now have been unable to connect to Sonlet. There is no user support. Stay away from this app.

I purchased this app and paid for a year subscription. I’m disappointed the app isn’t updated to reflect the new styles added. Additionally, the sizes for tanks are children’s sizes so you can even use it for tanks. I’ll update my review and number of stars when the app is updated.

Please update sizes available in the Sarah and Joy. We now need pictures of our 2xl and 3XL and have to edit pictures to show correct sizing. Very time consuming. Thanks for all you do to make this app user friendly.

When I first started using this app I loved it. They don’t keep up on new styles which you can make custom so it’s not that big of deal. But the only reason I am paying for this app is for the feature to upload to sonlet. This has not been working for MONTHS. I keep contacting them and I have heard nothing!!!

I loved this app when I first got it and paid for a year's subscription. The ease of uploading photos to Sonlet was so nice. Then it unexpectedly stopped working and has had no update to make it work since. I'm disappointed in that because that's what drew me to this app over other apps. I will not be renewing my subscription next month unless this feature is fixed and updated.

App doesn't fully work, always fails to upload, you have to delete and reconnect and then still fails to upload to Sonlet. You're able to have the new style added on the label but unable to connect to Sonlet with the new styles, so they are unable to upload. Ask for help from Consultant Assistant and ZERO help, they never answer questions, never respond. They charge you WAY MORE money than they deserve to even get with this garbage.

I love this app, but it wouldn’t restore purchases a couple weeks ago, and now no matter how many times I reauthorize Sonlet access, it won’t auto load my photos. It’s becoming a problem. I love the cheap year access but I’ll go back to LuLaCollage if I’m going to constantly have problems with getting my inventory photographed and loaded.

It was tolerable when it was a free app, but now they charge you, have no customer support to speak of and 80% of the time it doesn’t upload pics to Sonlet. I’d stay away and go to a more reliable app.

It was working well for the most part, but now I can’t get any of my pictures to upload to ShopTheRoe. I have tried contacting them two times, but have not gotten any response. Very disappointed and would love to get my money back.

Lots of crashes, won’t upload to Sonlet.. keeps failing. Frustrating when you have a lot of pictures and up load to do. I wish the has different style backgrounds too.
