I love this app but....

I downloaded this app and paid for the one year subscription but after taking pictures of most of my inventory it will no longer let me save the pictures. I don't know what to do now because I can't finish taking my pictures and I've paid for a one year subscription that should be letting me use this app. Help!!!!
Needs better customization

It needs the ability to customize your own template & to save it so you don't have to pick fonts/colors/block sizes every time. None of the current templates fit my picky/desire to be unique needs. How about a 2/3 / 1/3 layout with 3 blocks on the right side (for closeup, my logo & item info), the bottom 2 are 1/4 each & the top one 1/2 & put the price in the top right corner, or in the bottom 1/4 block with the size & style. The block sizes (& how many) could be adjustable instead of having to pick a preset. Also if the watermark is optional, then when it's off, the other info should re-align so the missing watermark doesn't leave an empty line. In my example, the bottom 1/4 block could also have the option to not be a solid color, but have a background color (or just white or black) so each line of size/style text can have its own color background fill & text color. Also, for Disney items the price or size could be in a Mickey head (no matter where it is on the layout).
It was better before the update.

Since the update, I'm no longer able to zoom in further on the close up photo and it's super blurry :/

It's easy to use, and I save photos straight to my google drive. After loading photos to my inventory program and uploading to Facebook albums, I do not like the way the photos look. The album thumbnails have text cut off. This means the customer has to click on the photo to see the size and price!

Like label templates so much! And the STR integration is really helpful. But it will be better if I can add my photo for a watermark.

I love the app but I wish you could have the option to add shadow to the text because it is hard to see over the photo even if you change the text color.

New review! The app works much better now that it has been updated! However, it is asking me to pay for a subscription again. I paid for a year subscription in August! Can someone please contact me so we can get this fixed. ?
Can’t zoom in anymore

You use to be able to zoom in with the pic you uploaded, but now when you zoom in, it will not stay zoomed, it goes back to original size.
