This application is discriminatory and charge more money than eharmony. It is not even close how eharmony is. Don’t waste your money snd time,

I was very hopeful that the sister service for eharmony would be a wonderful experience but it has given me more issues that solutions. Just reporting a bug on the app (which happens very often) is completely impossible. I have to pull up the support from the App Store in order even be able to pull up the help service. The app has issues 50% of the time and they don’t allow you to see all your matches. They show you a limited number everyday so that you have to prolong your use of the app. All in all, very disappointing and a waste of money if you’re looking at paying for the service.

I was excited for this app. I loved the beginning process, but I added a photo and now it’s a black screen. I’ve closed the app, uninstalled app and then downloaded it again. Still not working.

Worst waste of money. Never found any new matches and I’m two months into my three. I requested a refund but was denied. Spend your money somewhere else.

First of all, this is seriously the worst dating apps period. I’m not sure why eharmony would stand behind it. I belonged to CP probably 5 years ago. I decided to try it again. However, even though I had new settings and everything it showed me pretty much the same people from 5 years ago. Not only that though - I changed my range to see if anyone from Chicago, or even remotely close, would be pulled up but it only shows me people who are over 400 miles away from me. This is a sorry excuse for a dating app, I feel like I’ve been stolen from because literally nothing has changed since I was on 5 years ago. Wish I could get my money back.

I don’t pay for service on a free app. Most these dating apps allow you to do most things without subscribing as a premium member. This app on the other hand, won’t even let you see a the pic of a potential match without subscribing. The only thing free with this app is the registration!!!

This is a scam not a dating app so save your money and stay the hell away. Here’s why: 1) There’s no real match here and even though you’d see “matches” but they never respond or check your profile and I signed up for a month literally only one person checked my profile. 2) one of the worst customer service ever seems like some guy operating in his garage first time actually canceled my call when I actually went through and the second time picked up but basically telling me there’s nothing he can do and he’s the only here. 3) DONT PAY because they will still charge you even if you decide to close your account. They sent me a letter with a very negative tone basically telling me it’s not their fault that no one connecting with me and their decision is appropriate and trust me I’ve had a so many people wanting to connect with me on other sites and apps so it’s not like I’m not desirable at all. The only reason I was interested in getting this app is because a female friend said good things about eHarmony not this crap!

This app is so confusing that it boggles the mind. They try and match you with people from miles away (states away actually) many from the same place (Washington state for some reason). Your apps are never checked and smiles sent are NEVER responded to. You can’t block or pass on a profile of someone who your matched with. Worst of all it’s EXPENSIVE and if you want to cancel you get NO refund. No wonder they want you sign up for 6 months in advance. Not even a monthly trial option. STAY AWAY from this app!!!
