Bugs

This game was one of my favorites (5 star worthy), but since updating there are too many bugs to even play the levels effectively. Two of the main ones that ruined game play for me right off the bat were that moving pieces wouldn't actually move even though they were vibrating and critical to passing the level. The second is the worst which is when two colors touch they don't even combine! The pieces just move past each other so it's literally impossible to do anything. NEEDS FIXING!! I'm super bummed that I have paid for all the packs because I loved this game so much and can't even play them now.

Like several of the other commentators, I enjoyed the app in the past, but current bug issues making things not work like they should is ruining my enjoyment. If they fix the bugs, I'll revise my rating.

This app used be highly rated and I played through all the levels when I first downloaded it. I saw an update back in October so I went in to see if there were any new levels. Nope. In fact, it looked like I'd never played the game. Apparently that data doesn't transfer when you change phones. I figured I could still have fun playing the old levels. And I did for a while. I played all the levels in Classic. I started to run into problems in Seasons, Chapter 1, level 6. The white shapes blink, but you can't move them and other shapes can't hit them (they go under the white shapes). I wasn't going to buy any Skips for this, so I moved on until something similar happened in each section: - Serenity 2-11: the gold can be removed but after that the movable pieces slide under the fixed center piece - Nature 2-14: curved white piece doesn't move and other pieces slide under it. There is also an issue with shapes distorting from time to time. For example, a triangle bounces off another piece and turns into some four sided distorted shape. This happened at least a couple times in Classic, then at random through the other levels. iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.1

Fun game but I'm experiencing the same bugs on the same levels as other players/reviewers. Pieces that are supposed to move don't and when other pieces touch them they go underneath or don't get changed

I love Color Zen and the purpose of the game! It's really fun, so I decided to buy all packs for $3.99. I paid the whole price, and my balance even decreased obviously because I paid for it, but Color Zen for some reason said "Purchase Unsuccessful" right after Apple said my purchase WAS successful. I just spent $3.99 on levels that I didn't even receive! I want to know how to fix that please.

This is by far my favorite game. It is so beautiful and unique. I am having difficulty purchasing additional levels but still give Color Zen 5 stars for its creativity and brilliance!

But the last update is causing glitches, shapes are becoming distorted (if you hold a shape for to long it starts stretching). Still a good game, despite this.

Today I purchased the "all packs" for $3.99 and nothing showed up. No new levels. I tried the in app support and that does not seem to work either. Very unhappy.

No finger twitching. Play at your own rhythm. Some levels are deceptively challenging but most are very relaxed.
