I cannot access my previously bought packages. There is a notification saying "Thank for supporting Color Zen." But when I go to the levels none of the ones I purchased are unlocked.
A beautiful, intuitive puzzle game

I am lovin' this cool and different puzzle game and the music is very beautiful and relaxing as well! ❤️ However, when I share screenshots via Facebook, it doesn't show up even when I log-in on my Facebook account... I hope this will be fixed soon! ?☹️

It would be awesome if you didn't have to buy the whole pack of at least make more free levels in the app. Every thing else is perfect!

While this is an app that is installed on my iPhone that I still play regularly and enjoy, I seriously cannot recommend anyone who has not already purchased level packs do so. After upgrading my iPhone to a 6S which can run iOS 9 -- all those same issues that I was experiencing on my old iPhone 4 (iOS 7) were also true for my new phone. It seriously makes me wonder if the 1.7.1 update really did anything besides introduce a bunch of unneccessary bugs into a game that had ran perfectly up until that point.

I remember having bought this game a while back, when it was a straight up purchase (not in-game), and playing through much of it; I'm talking chapters, not just levels. Now I can't access the full original game anymore. On top of that, it's glitchy. For shame. Update: Did the thing to restore my purchase of the classic game, and chapter 2 remained locked with a dollar sign... until I got to it. Then it suddenly unlocked. I'm thinking that maybe the purchase interface is not quite communicating to the level select that a purchase was successful, despite the cart claiming as such. Bumped up from 3 to 4 stars. Still a tad glitchy, but appears to work.
Updates have ruined once-perfect game

Color Zen used to be my all-time favorite game. The last couple of updates, however, have ruined it. Shapes collide when you don't even touch them (Classic, Chapter 4, Level 20); some levels are literally unwinnable (Nature, Chapter 1, Level 16). I don't know why the developers felt the need to fiddle with this once-perfect app, but they've ruined it, and they don't seem interested in fixing it. Very disappointing.

Transferred the app to a new iphone. In-app purchases didn't transfer over at first. After a little digging, I see now that the developer Large Animal Games closed shop in 2014. I also see that some recent reviews complain about problems with certain levels and bugs with the last update, as well as errors when making purchases. I took a chance and tried to purchase one of the updates for $0.99. At first it didn't work ("unlocked" the Seasons update but couldn't play any levels), but after a minute or so, I had access. I then tried to purchase another update that I had previously purchased on my last phone, and although I had to authorize the purchase, I then received notification that I had previously purchased it and could redownload for free. I haven't experienced any of the glitches that some complain about, as all my progress was reset. But I love this game, so I don't mind reliving many of the levels already completed.
The only thing working is the store

Even after restoring purchases, I cannot access anything but the store, the instruction slide panels, and the music mute. Absolutely no way to actually play the game anymore. My past purchases sit worthless. The prices in the store, by the way, are absolutely absurd. I bet you can still buy that stuff, too. Another negative is that it dwarfs any other app in size. My advice is not to waste your time with Color Zen.

I didn't get the bugs on the game everyone else was getting and this app is super fun! It's really relaxing and a great brain teaser!
