Great game! But purchases don't work! – Color Zen Review

I love Color Zen and the purpose of the game! It's really fun, so I decided to buy all packs for $3.99. I paid the whole price, and my balance even decreased obviously because I paid for it, but Color Zen for some reason said "Purchase Unsuccessful" right after Apple said my purchase WAS successful. I just spent $3.99 on levels that I didn't even receive! I want to know how to fix that please.
