My problem is

It says it’s free but it said must purchase app

My son received this color book from his grandma, he got to use it once. Now the app doesn’t have the basic permissions to access the camera so he can finish the book, I’m never buying crayola stuff, especially anything digital again

I love love LOVE color alive 1.0 but this game is making me mad because I only have the books from the first color alive and they did not add monster high coloring book or the make your own character set on this game I’m just very sad I wasted money on it and why are the original color alive books still in stores it’s just cruel to do that just for money. Please allow all the 1.0 and 2.0 books be aloud for this game. I would like to hear back. And I gave this four stars because I love color alive but I can’t use this game at all

My son just go through coloring his dragon color alive book only to be disappointed that the app no longer supports them. We were both disappointed.

I am so mad you got rid of the first color alive I spent so much money on those pages and it is terrible waste everyone’s money like that. I am very upset I want a refund!

I bought all the color alive 1.0 books and went to get the app and the only color alive app was the 2.0. Then I got a 2.0 book and tried scanning it ant my screen went black. After many attempts it finally worked, and I’ll admit it was pretty cool. I just wish the 1.0 version was around

We purchased some color alive books that were from the original version and went to go use them to see that you no longer have the original versions in the new app. Why in the world would you just eliminate those? Granted they were bought awhile back but why not just include those in the new app? I wouldn’t even want to buy the new ones at this point.

Purchased the easy animation studio, installed the app, and the book that came with the kit isn’t even available in the app to use. May as well have just bought an action figure and some paper.

My son was so excited to bring his character to life. Turns out, the first version is no longer available. Not sure why they wouldn’t include the old stuff when they updated this app. What a horrible product. I will not be getting any more Crayola products. A waste of money for what they charge for their useless products.
