No good reason to deprecate version 1. Add one more child to the disappointed list of kids.

Pretty obvious that Crayola is trying to get us to buy more coloring books. Another unhappy 4 year old.

Pretty cheap to d/c your first app so the coloring books we have aren’t compatible, in spite of the fact that 2.0 advertises you need to download the original version. I will not b buying this product again.

Lame. Disappointment. Anger. This is a basic technology expectation and you failed.

My daughter got 3 of the color alive coloring books while she was in the hospital. These books are still being sold in stores and crayola is making money off them. BUT you can’t use them Bc the Color Alive ap doesn’t exist anymore. Just the 2.0 and it’s not compatible. This is thievery and you have a lot of up set kids. Shame on you for still selling the old Color Alive books and not have the app available

How is an improvement when your app only works with 5 books, and all the other products doesn’t work any more. It’s not like you going to stop selling your old products and people will realize that they bought something useless, and what you going to say to them let me guess: “we are sorry, have a nice day”.

I tried to scan my child’s Color Alive drawings, but it told me to download the original Color Alive app. Where is that app? This app directs you to use an app that doesn’t exist.

Just because something new comes out does NOT mean that everyone got rid of the old books! Thanks for not letting my kid enjoy the stuff we already own. Just more materialism.
