totally disapointed user
Like others I received the update offer and am not going to pay a exorbitant subscription fee I did like and enjoyed using this program but I don’t pay subscription fees on software I use ever and not going to start so am looking for a replacement already

I have started inventory on my blade collection and so far, so good. Will be 5-star when I can add unlimited custom fields to each section of the individual items. Also, need to work on the fact that it doesn’t always save everything when I jump in and out of individual items upon initial creation. Haven’t quite figured out what triggers that, but I’ll update when I do. Otherwise, great work so far!
Company is money grubbing

I originally bought this app for $25, loved it, and rated it as four stars. But I’m changing it to one star. The reason is that the company has abandoned the app and moved to a new app with a much higher pricing model ($5 a month - no thanks.) At the very least, they should offer some kind of discount to all their loyal customers who previously bought the app for $25. But they don’t even do that. What makes it even worse is that there is no easy way to migrate your collections from the old app to the new one. I sent an email to the company about this and I got a reply saying they could migrate the collection, but they do it on their end. Seems pretty short-sighted to start a new app that cannot automatically port over all the data from the previous app. I would not recommend this company or its owner Ethan C. Allen. The way they treat their customers is terrible. This is not a good way to bolster confidence among a customer base. It’s too bad, because the app has potential.
Problems crashing, annoying

I love the idea of this app and when it works, but frequently, it crashes and I have to re-enter information. I’ve tried communicating with support but I keep getting a “communication failed” message when I do. Maybe this will get someone’s attention?! Please help me be able to use this app.
All data lost!

Interface is pretty nice, and it helped me catalogue stacks of books that I was going to put in storage, keeping track of the boxes in which they are stored. 2/3 through the job, with appx. 400 books scanned and in part manually added to the collection, the app started crashing repeatedly and has now LOST ALL the data. 5 hours of work absolutely wasted, and I now have boxes full of books and I have no idea what's in them. An absolutely frustrating experience. To the developer: help me out here!

We purchased this app before verifying the 1 stars and their problems. The idea of this app is awesome, if only it would stop crashing and losing all of our data.

I list all the books I borrow from the library so that I never take home one I’ve already read.
Paid for it but it crashes and has multiple errors anyway

First use and it is not working as promised. The bar code scanner has multiple error messages and it crashes a lot. Waste of time and money so far. Emailed support, will update if issues are resolved.

I absolutely love this App but is there a way to change or add Catagories? Such as: my mom's Hummels, my Swarovski's, candles, etc. Or are you planningvto add these on.
