I've been using this app for years and loved it. But I just scanned in 6 Kate Watterson books, and only 2 came up correctly. I had the same issue with JA Jance Ali Reynolds books. I don't know if I got unlucky with these two authors or if something has changed in the last few months with the database, but it's quickly becoming a worthless app for me

I just tried to open “”collectors” app by I sort it, however, the app won’t open up and app support can’t be accessed to get in touch to let the developer know about the problem and hopefully they’ll see this review and update their app as I have hundreds of movies and toy cars on this app, which won’t open up.

This is the best app I have ever purchased!! I got it when it first came out years ago. I purchased the whole package. It still acknowledges that purchase for all updates! This app can store and retain info on anything you have. The easy upc scan is the easiest but you can manually put in a description or name and it will search the web to find it It’s great for remembering what you have and having it ready and easy to see I use it for dvds cds Lego playmobil dolls and many more individual collections.

This was the most wonderful app and I’ve used it for many, many years!! After many in-app purchases and countless hours of entering my huge collection of books, games & movies...suddenly I’m unable to open the app on any device!! All gone!!! So many hours and $ wasted!!! I cannot imagine entering all that info again as I did it over many years!! And...to beat it all...the app support is non-existent...and by that I mean...the web page WONT EVEN OPEN!!! I hate so much that we can invest so much time and money into something that can just disappear overnight with no warning!!

Bought on my old IPhone got a new IPHONE and added the app to it, and when I tried to log in it said error my account couldn’t be found. And when I switched to the movies part and video games part it wanted me to again pay $ 9.99 each they can keep there dam app, I’m not paying again to many free ones out there. So I wouldn’t recommend buying this app unless you are NEVER GOING TO GET A NEW PHONE!

Don’t waste your time or money on this app. It has lots of issues, including data loss and just plan not working. The worse part of all is this customer service on this app. There is none...

Tried this app after iCollect has been having problems. Problem is the app freezes then crashes. All before I can even do anything. Avoid this app.

Customer service for this app is nonexistent. I have tried numerous times to get hold of customer service, no response. At this time, I don’t recommend this app.

After using this app for a knife collection for a couple of years I am about sick of it since it occasionally looses data that I input. What a pain that I can’t export photos to switch to something else.
