Very good but dependent on collectors

zogman

Love this app, even though improvements would make it a 5 Star. A number of barcodes give an error that says, “barcode in incorrect format.” Also, when collectors submit their pictures and item names, they are incorrect. The scan bar would be a completely different item. I’ve sent some questions to support via their email, but no reply. I had to go to their Facebook page to get info. All in all, it’s a decent app, but improvements suggested by me and others would make it awesome.

Difficult

Extremely bad customer service

DodiRB

I tried to get my collector app to load on my new phone. I had books, movies, and video games in it. When I signed it to it on my new phone only the books collection came through. I paid for the other two and now it was asking for me to pay again. I emailed CS for help. 2 days later, nothing. I email again. Got an email asking if I used my same email to sign in. I said yes. And nothing. That was three days ago.

Meh!

Jimstrez

No customer service. Sells you an app that works only on an iPhone even though they sell you the PC version too. Won’t respond to my customer service requests where I only ask them to repair functionality.

Great app, terrible support for old customers

KBLevin

I purchased this app years ago for $25. Why? Because after looking at home inventory and collectibles apps this was the best. Everything I needed in one app. What did they do? They created separate, individual apps and no longer support their original offering of the bundle/all in one. This is the only app I have ever purchased and this is how they treat their old customers? What next?

Use to be a 5 now its a 2

Tlayton

I have had this app for a couple of years. I bought video games and movies. Scanned around 40 video games and over 400 movies possibly more. Now its telling me that I bought books section which I didn’t. All my movies/video games are no longer listed and it wants me to purchase again. I lost ally scanned movies/video game. It didn’t take that long for me to scan my video games in but it took 4-7 days to scan all of my dvds.

Heads Up!

This app claims to allow you to inventory multiple kinds of collections. But when I went to change from “Books” to “Music” it wanted me to pay $9.99 just to change the category. Uninstalled.

Love it, but wish it was universal.

nightrunner53

I love this app. Expensive since it’s not the universal version, and I’ve purchased on both the iPhone and iPad, but I use this thing all the time. I love the user interface much better than the others out there.

Collectors Database

D. Hill

This is the all in one collectors database application for those who want to switch between the other apps in the Hooked In Motion family that they own. Just like the other apps this allows users to manage their listed content.
