I’ve been playing every day for several weeks and all of a sudden in the middle of a level, the game is gone. I don’t know what happened but I’m really disappointed. What happened?

This game is a lot of fun, but I don’t want to be charged monthly to play. I wouldn’t mind paying for packs, like many other games offer, but not a monthly fee. Please rethink this decision. Thank-you!

Love the app. Great game. Never had issues with a lot of pop ups or adds!!! Contacted customer service through email and heard back in what I felt was a timely matter. Great help and solved all my issues with subscriptions!!!

Upon research I’m on a Facebook test for ads that are everywhere. Once I logged into Facebook on this game, the ads almost make it unbearable. I only play it to fall asleep on the ad time now. Thanks so much.

Just when you think you don't know, the puzzle builds from the ones you do and there it is. Fun to play as a stress release.
Love this game but…

Instead of getting a monthly or yearly subscription, we should be allowed to buy packs. I can’t say that I play this game enough to merit an expensive subscription to it. However it is a fun and challenging game and my husband and I enjoy playing. Please nix the subscription idea. Let us just buy packs!

Used to love this app but now too many pop ads. At times video stops and screen stays blank. Very disappointed in updates
