Can’t connect to network

So I’m getting the “are you underwater...” prompt. I have tried 3 different wireless networks now (one with a nice speed of nearly 80 megabits down) and then LTE which gives me the same error. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and rebooted. I’m on the very latest iOS (11.1) and can not get the app to work for some odd reason. iPhone 7 unlocked CDMA 128gb.
Connection fail so one star for u?

Just like the subject of the review, I am on my way to work on ground level and it keeps asking me if I am up in a mountain or under water leading to no connection.

I spend so much time with CNET that sometimes I feel that I work there. The reality is that it is part of my life and lifestyle and a serious way that I make educated decisions. The volume of information and ease of site navigation is ideal fro most anyone. My most recent use was for a new Sony 75” 940e television that will arrive in 48 hours and I am going crazy just waiting to give it a drive and all of this is based primarily on CNET ands my excellent taste fro fine things.
