Evil on the Wwweb
I have been following C|net for decades and continue to be impressed with their analysis of evolving technology. The app is usually my first source of product information and technology analysis.

I navigated to an article with a video and was pleasantly surprised to find the video was muted. But then I realized the video wasn’t related to the article I clicked on. That’s strange. Then I navigated to a different article and a video ad started blaring at me. That’s annoying. Then I went to search for an art tickle I saw on the web. But that didn’t go well. Unless I’m missing something, you can t search for articles. This app is an annoyance. I’m not sure it offers anything you can’t get from the website.

Historically I have only used App Store reviews to describe the quality of my experience - performance, aesthetics, et cetera. However for this review, I am going to address the increasingly political and partisan nature of the articles produced by CNET. I have a myriad of choices when it comes to political news, but I come to CNET to read about technology. Unfortunately the priorities of the editorial staff have shifted and therefore I must look elsewhere for the things that once made CNET great.

I used to like CNet a lot more. Now I can’t really find what I’m looking for, nor can I save an article any longer It’s just a jumbled mess that jumps from one article and links to a vague reared one. T

Jesus Christ, how is it that this simple feature is broken?? It works in literally every other app that I’m using on my iPhone X
