Useless app!

Gives basic info for spa which you can find more detailed info online. It's' a vehicle to sell Clorox products. I had to buy calcium to harden spa water and price was right for 5lbs. Sadly directions are only for pools 10,000 gallons and above. Had to break down amount needed to ounces from pounds based on 320 gallon hot tub. Hope I got it right. Thanks for nothing.

The app is very easy to use and the test strips are very accurate and easy to read. I have found using the app is great because it gives a treatment plan for the water you are testing. Great app!

This is our first year owning a pool. We started out with a broken pump and neon green algae. Clorox strips and the app made the confusion go away and we were able to balance our chemicals perfectly. Definitely a must have for our home!

You have to register to use the scanner.

Ridiculous -I should be able to use this scanner to read my test strips without having to register and divulge my pool information (and it's not a POOL anyway -it's a spa, and you don't have that as an option, morons!). I've always felt Clorox test strips were the worst, and this further proves it. I will be returning these for a refund.
App not user-friendly or accurate

First I just used the strips with the chart on the back of the bottle and It did okfor the basics like pH and chlorine but is way off on alkalinity. Then I tried to use the app had trouble creating account and getting the app to work. Shouldn't be that hard to test your water with an app. I took my water to a professional store and had it tested to confirm the alkalinity was way off.
