I was enjoying using the app on my iPhone 6 last couple weeks and now the app will not start. The app is stuck on the splash screen. Tried restarting the app and he phone multiple times!! Disappointed. Hope you fix this soon!

I originally bought the pool kit where I got a water sample, added this and that to it, tested for lots of things, and read everything very carefully. Maybe I'm just extra slow, but it took me awhile to do the tests, and even more time to decide what chemicals to add. Since it was more complicated, only I did it. With these Chlorox strips, app, and chemicals, it's SO EASY! I had to leave town for a week, but I was able to help my family know exactly what to do to, all with just a simple phone call and instructions! I'm so excited and so hyped about the easiness of this system that I'm telling everyone!
Latest update introduced a bug - Sep 4 Update

I have to deduct a star as the app still hangs, there is no update and no response from the developers. My suspicion is they are either exiting this business or selling it to one of their competitors. After the latest update the app freezes frequently while launching. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still it freezes frequently. Today I'm unable to get it to work at all. Please help!
