updates are working now fine, but cameras are offline after update. The doorbell needs to be charged every 3 weeks, a PV-Module with housenumber for charging would be perfect. The freecam Outoor Camera also runs with this software. Quality is 720p less color, but suficiente. Old post: 2017. After the forced update the cameras are not working anymore and I am 8000km away to reset reinstall. This system has some heat problem if the room has more than 35C.
Do not buy!
NJ GONE FROM HOME
This device is useless to me! I have purchased other cameras that work seamlessly while I am away from home. The reason why I have it is so I can check in on my dog while away and I never can . It’s junk!
Always loses connection

Always have issues with connection. It’s like a 50/50 chance the video will come on. It is easy to use when it works and the image comes in clear. Easy to navigate but I’m my opinion it is overshadowed by the constant loss of connection. Been using a $20 setup from Walmart and haven’t had any problems with it. Took the $80 camera down and boxed it because of unreliable app.
File corruption issues

Had the camera for several months now and it was working great up until I moved the camera to another spot and now all of a sudden it started to give me corrupted file images. Not entirely sure how to fix this issue. Whenever I get a notification of movement and it sends me 3 pictures, all 3 pictures give me that corrupted file image.

Had this camera for 2 years. It was working great now suddenly it stopped sending motion detected images.
Can’t replay video detected

After several months of my installation of the Clever dog, it functions fine with my SD memory card installed. Lately, I can no longer replay the video at the Standard setting. Do I need to connect to the Cloud to see and replay the videos. Can I connect to my Cloud subscription from Apple monthly 50G. using my iPhone. Please advise. I don’t want to use the Cloud from another payment source.

The app shuts down every 2-3 minutes claiming an internet issue, when the other devices on the internet works fine. I reset my internet modem and the app continues to shutdown!!!
Disappointing

Truly had high hopes for this but it glitches doesn’t turn on. Constantly goes offline. Two people can’t use it at once in the same house. Would not recommend this for anyone.
