1 out of my 4 cameras went offline. No matter what I tried it would not stay connected. So I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. This a has worked in the past. This time it won't let me even log back in. Now all my cameras are offline. Maybe it's time to upgrade to a better system.

Having worked at smaller and medium software companies that produce native apps, it's even more frustrating dealing with the shortcomings of this thing. I thought it would be kinda neat to be able to monitor the little ones via my phone, not to mention convenient not to transfer a separate monitor everywhere. Now I miss the monitor. The monitor worked all the time. It wasn't randomly off network. And I'm not sure how it isn't possible to connect multiple devices. It's like the dev team thinks children only have one parent. And the parent whose phone is connected is always the one at home. But of course we can just switch devices right? No, gotta go to the unit and reconfigure. Only to see that switching back to the primary one (a phone) for some reason gives errors multiple times before finally reconnecting. The experience was supposed to be smoother; instead it got about 3 times clunkier. My wife wanted to return it a week in; I actually convinced her to keep it because of my software co. experience. And now we are out of the refund window ? hooray

I have been using this app for well over six months and it hasn't let me down yet. I started using it to look after an aging relative and then to keep an eye on my garage pet feeding station. I've never had a problem with the app.
The worst excuse for a baby monitor

Would give zero stars if possible. Never connects remotely and only connects in the house about 25% of the time. New mom, not happy!!!!

Last upgrade ruined my camera

My Clever Dog camera was working fine until the last update in Oct-17. Now if I turn on motion detection, the camera will send me a notification every X minutes (based on whatever I set on the interval setting) regardless if motion is detected or not. I don't need to be notified and recoding video every 10 minutes (the longest span I can set) when there is absolutely no motion or changes in lighting. Bombs my phone and app with useless notifications. Makes me turn off motion detection which defeats the purpose of having this. PLEASE FIX. Customer support is non existent too with this company. I've sent numerous feedback with not one response.
