Won't show movement all the time

Some disappointments: 1. Can't connect more than one device at a time. 2. Bought it to record if my child is still having night time seizures. He wakes up all the time and leaves his bedroom. However now twice no recording of him leaving the room when he obviously did because he is in my room in the morning. The one time it did record, all I got was still shots. I wouldn't think he's movements are so fast they can't be recorded? So have had for less than a week and so far doesn't do what I need it to do oh well it was cheap

Works fine me and my wife can both watch if needed(not at the same time). The only problem I have with it is the constant notifications when there’s nothing.amd that’s really not that annoying but I can see how it would annoy some people. Hope they fix it but otherwise great app, great product, great sound, great video.

When I bought the camera and installed the software everything worked great, but after last upgrade the motion detection does not work. I only get captures after a preset amount of minutes. This is NOT what I bought the camera for.

My Clever Dog camera and app were better than excellent before the latest update. I never lost a connection Now, my cameras will not see my router unless it’s within 20 feet. My garage and backyard cameras are now useless. PUT IT BACK!

For the money works great.

The app you can add multiple cameras in multiple locations on the same username. Easily rigable even works outside under carport. Cheap, reliable just for security. Just what you need if you are looking for a security system that is cheap and secure.

We use the camera as a baby monitor but it constantly loses the picture. We have to refresh the connection frequently. Totally unreliable.

We are a family of 8 siblings who provide shared care for my mother who has dementia and lives at home alone. This device is peace of mind for us when mum is home alone. All 8 of us are able to view mum on the cameras 24/7 and three of us live in a different continent to our mother. Her cameras are connected via home WiFi. For the price there is nothing we have found on the market to match these products. Very satisfied. The negative comments on connecting multiple devices could be operator error or rivals looking to dissuade people from buying this - we have multiple cameras and 8 people access them from different places and devices.

Got this to watch my dogs while away and have yet to be able to get the device to come online! Have had this “waste of money” for 8 months now and it still nothing but a dust clutter!! WIRD OF ADVICE: Spend the money to get something that ACTUALLY WORKS 24/7 ... you get what you pay for with this crappy monitor... NOTHING!!!

I was so looking forward to watching what my dogs do all day but I can not get this thing to hook up to my WiFi, I even tried a different WiFi just to confirm that it wasn’t mine. It will not stop flashing red and I have emailed and messaged the customer service and no one will respond. Do not waste your money.

I use this as a baby monitor, and so many times overnight it will randomly disconnect and it doesn’t automatically reconnect. I wake up and have to wonder how much I’ve missed, did I miss my baby crying? Not good CleverDog. Back to a traditional monitor for our family. Safety first.
