I don’t have a credit card so I don’t want to get my hopes up but it seems cool. ;-;

This app brought soooo much joy to my family,from winning to opening up the packages. THIS APP IS NOT A SCAM!!! If you have enough patience then you will win! Each day this app graciously hands over 1 free ticket that you can use in any game unless it’s tp only(most of the games are not required to use TP only),at times they even have events that over more per day. However if you buy TP to a certain amount,you get 2 per day! You can always just buy tp in the middle of the game if you are about to win and it’s a blast! So you won’t regret downloading!

Toreba is a fun game to play but it’s so hard to win you only get a play ticket everyday and then you have to pay for coins and the claws sometimes don’t even move the prizes that , much so some times you waste your money and don’t win anything wish there claws were different

By using dirty tricks to make prizes near impossible to win such as using rubber rods to prevent prizes from movie barely a micro centimeter when stabbed or picked up by the claw, “luck” based claw drops that drop the prize right before the hole forcing players to try to stack prizes on each other to *possibly* get a prize to fall inside the hole and numerous other dirty methods, this game’s pay out to win ratio is abysmal, with the average play costing about a dollar or more, you can watch people even try to win a small keychain for between 20-50$ on average in total plays, people say you “just have to be patient” but here’s the thing, you only win off of tens to hundreds of dollars of other people’s grief. This game is cool in concept, but down right scummy in practice, right down to its staff. Don’t expect them to ship your prize for a week or two, and especially don’t ask them if they shipped the prize already and you think you didn’t get an email, you get a real nice email about “rushing them” and how “emailing them will not make them work faster” when you gave them the benefit of the doubt. Total scam and I hope that some day someone will make a claw machine game that actually represents how fun and rewarding Japanese claw machines actually are.

The o my reason why I don’t give this a 1 star review is because there is barely any lag between the controls and cameras. Other than that there is nothing great about this app.

Machines have issues and convoluted goals for some of them and there is no customer support, contacted them a month ago or so and the never got back to me

After my child watched several Youtubers unboxing lots of prizes, we decided to try Toreba. It is not worth the time or trouble. Since so many people have won a ton of prizes off free plays, Toreba no longer gives that many out and has increased difficulty level in all machines. If you want to win using $$ it will cost $$$ per prize. It isn’t fun at all to wait 24hours for 2 chances to try to win. So disappointing!!!??????????????????????????????UPDATE: 9/22/2020 The customer service never responds to any inquiry!! HORRIBLE GAME!!

Things use to be reasonably winnable and it was really fun for a long time but as the app gained traction prices went up and prizes got harder to win. There is no fun reward to pouring money i. Anymore. I gave it two years to change and it just got worse. Im finally saying goodbye to this app. I suggest going to round 1 might not have as much variety but at least you can win something.

Horrible customer service and constant Shipping problems

I really don’t like to write bad reviews, but the company has forced my hand due to me spending my money to win prizes on this app that I have not received. I have been contacting the toreba customer service for 3 months for prizes that I won which was not shipped to me. It’s now have been 4 months and the only email I get is that it’s being shipped and this was on September 2nd. We are inching closer to 5 months of not receiving prizes that my kid has been waiting on, and at this point I just want a refund.
