Horrible glitchy scam

Wasted $100 trying to win a single figure and I attempted to empty the ping pong bowl twice. Both times the crane would not pick up the last one. It would knock it around the bowl instead. Tried contacting customer service and no response in over a week!

A lot of people call this a scam. I will say that they do in fact make it a little harder to win the prizes but they have to get their money somehow. For the most part you can rack up anywhere from 2-5 play tickets a day and just use those. They are free as well. I actually just won a nice figure with only one play ticket. Every 7 days is also free shipping. So I paid nothing for this prize. They have a lot of different crane types and configurations that they use with the figures. So you can get a feel for which one is easiest for you. Even if you don’t have high hopes for it you should download it and just play. You never know what you might win

So I think this game is amazing in all and I thought it would have been good but it may tend to bug out once your in a game I also don’t like the fact that you have to put your credit card in just to be shipped to you I wished they would have said a addressable not a credit card but overall the credit card situation I think it’s a three

We should be able to get free daily plays, Most of us don’t really wanna spend our money so why not free daily plays?. I don’t know it was just a thought maybe u could consider it.
