“Control” is not there

The description starts out that you can “control” the crane game. However, if hitting the up button has no effect, there really is no control there. You just see the crane go to the right a bit, stall as you hold up and just drop instantly. Wasted all five free draws. Only positive was it showed me not to spend any money here.

I would suggest that the unhappy folks just aren’t great at crane games??‍♀️. I’ve had this game for three days, and I’ve won three prizes. It is kind of expensive, (most games are around $1.80 per play). However, they’ve got tons of promos! I’ve received several free play tickets??. Just give it a shot!

Disappointed or Appreciated?!?

It has been a month since I put my first prize on order. I have sent more than 3 inquiries but no one ever replied to any. They only post that they have delayed shipping on their main page (its been there since last year think !!!) Am I even going to get all my packages before 2018 is over?!? Good game & prizes. Sad service.

Not flat out saying it’s a scam but every time I play the crane just stops on its own in both directions so am I even playing it? Imagine if I used my actual money on this app l, anyway play at your own risk

Unique, but buggy

The idea of remote controlling a claw game and winning something while you’re over a thousand miles away is a novel concept. It’s executed well— when it works. The app will sometimes not load cameras on items, seemingly randomly and ballpark 1 in 15 times, and causes a few minutes of waiting and checking back later to see if the camera decides to load. The app is a novel concept though, and with a bit more optimization can be frustration-free.

Fun if you know what you're doing

As others have mentioned, Japanese UFO catchers operate much differently than the claw machines in other places. There's a whole strategy to them and it's worth watching YouTube tutorials or other sources to understand the mechanics. That being said, if you know what you're doing and wait patiently for a prize to reach a winnable position, winning is very doable. Even on the free trial I managed to win a nice prize. My only gripe is that sometimes it lags on the camera so I guess just make sure you have a good internet connection. Also their user interface for your account is a bit hard to navigate but overall this app can be fun if you know what you're doing and understand the worth of the prizes.

I dropped a good amount of money on this game because they make you pay for more tries. After the prizes were shipped (took about 2 months to deliver all 3), I tried to remove my debit card information from Toreba. The FAQ even has an option “I want to remove my credit card”. But when I clicked the link, it took me to a page where I could purchase more TP! There isn’t even an option to remove your card! I don’t believe the company would rob people of their money, but I’m afraid that my information might get into the wrong hands. It is in another country after all.

Not Rigged, It’s Legit!!

Okay I have seen a lot of people say “it’s rigged” because they never win, but twice right after they finished setting up the machine back up after someone else had won, I came in with the prize resting in its original placement and in less than 5 tries on each I won twice! It’s definitely not rigged, you just got to know what your doing and how to move the box to make it drop. Although I will say it did take a while for my prizes to be shipped, but it did say that they were backed up on orders so I will forgive them for that.

Ufo crane games were fun to play but this game could be dangerous for those addicted to gambling. Even I spent a bit of money but it was entertaining. Sometimes laggy though so not perfect
