Bad update

The latest update broke the message portion for me. I can no longer see the full message when my kid’s teacher sends me a long message. It cuts off the message.

I have not been able to receive notifications despite my updates and deleting and re installing the app. This is very frustrating and all of my kids teachers communicate through this app. I have to make it a point to randomly check the app in order to know if I have a message.
Push Notifications Do Not Work

I rely on this app for contact with my child’s teachers, but the push notifications have not worked in months. The updates have not fixed the issue. I’m extremely frustrated, and wish there was a better option!

Update 3-2-2018: Their support team helped me solve the issue. The app works great and I love being in contact with her teachers with ease. I’ve had this since September and it has failed to notify me for anything. Teachers have sent direct messages and I get them days later when I manually check the app.

I don’t know if it was a recent update or not but I am not receiving any push notifications at all. Last time I received notifications was mid February, so a couple of weeks now with no notifications. I’ve reinstalled the app just incase because I recently upgraded my phone & didn’t know if that’d affect anything. But still nothing. Please fix as this is a major problem.

I recently gave two starts due to not receiving notifications but I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it’s perfect, all my notifications are coming in.
Options for choosing the child’s member role.

If anyone other than the TWO parents, teacher, or classmate one should have the option to choose other where in this Dropbox have roles such as grandparent friend etc. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE AN NON-PARENT SHOULD EVER BE ABLE TO LIST THEMSELVES AS MY CHILDS PARENT. This app is used and available to schools all across the states and the perfect place for perps therefore claiming to be my child’s parent allows them to keep tabs on my child’s school routine!!! I have made numerous complaints and nothing has been done. I guess it’s going to have to be going to the board of education to get this reviewed!!

Our family loves the dojo app. We do wish that messages were linked to account over ever device versus each message saved only on device it was sent with. I also would love to see more than just 2 weeks of points without having to screen shot everything!! Then I'd give it a 5***
