Easy to use rewarding app that lets me communicate with school. Upgraded to plus so I can carry over skills at home too. Wish there were more icons for the skills or ability to import photos for skills like swim

App is obnoxious. Anything you do… and I mean ANYTHING you are reminded to try or upgrade to their paid version. Cash grab garbage app. I only have it because the teacher uses it. I will delete it as soon as I can.

It’s very good but when I use it it was a very hard math question it was what is 70x40 and I put the answer and it said try again and then it refreshed and it deleted everything how bad,

So strange how almost done with my less than super review of customer service , and then poof. Gone. I digress. In this day and age, having superb customer service is super important. this app lacks in that dept. in a big way. Many emails gone unanswered. Many inquiries. Searches. Not okay. I paid for a year of premium a few months ago, and to this day not one service agent has gotten back to me or resolved my issue but they sure do take your money with very little trial to enjoy. That is a red flag for me. It’s been months since I paid nearly $60 for a year and I still can’t utilize the benefits. It still asks me to trial and subscribe instead of showing my kids memories being saved. I’ve sent many emails. Disregarded. Please fix or reimburse. 2 stars until customer service catches up.
Uploading video from iPhone album is not working

Since last week update, video uploading from my iPhone album is not working. It is not completed. Capturing video clip through Classdojo app is working. Please fix this problem.
