.....you will do well with this expensive-to-win game. You are rewarded for battles and accomplishments with things that are not defined. Instructions on “how to,” are not readily available. Customer Service is terrible. The authors keep on adding things to the game, but they are ill defined, not easily ex-plained or supported and, for the most part become another way to make money for this Chinese-biased app designer. These are rip-off artists! Everything costs to get ahead. You will not win unless your daddy or mommy fund your gaming habit....

Customer service is actually friendly and quick to respond. However the issue is that their game keeps glitching out/ crashing and because of that I lose a lot of in game troops and materials that I spent real money on. After reaching out to them they basically told me nothing went wrong and that there is nothing to be done.... unmmm fix your game and return my troops or money maybe?

Cost of game more than 1000$ every week if you want play and enjoy ? Every packs cost 900kr lol not enough upgrades 0.1% of new events forget this game don’t be stupid and using money on it Only for millionaires stupid gamer

While I understand this is a strategy game, your losing a lot of players due to griefing. When low level castles are attacked by castles that have reached max level, how is anyone supposed to build their castle and troops when they are constantly healing or repairing what was damaged? In my kingdom the main alliance has forced and bullied other into joining them composing SEVERAL variants of the AAA alliance. (AAR,AAB, etc) All of which report to one main leader. Iv played this game for a couple years now and this issue has only gotten worse.

I played this game for years going from nothing to P6. I spent thousands of dollars only to realize that no matter how much I spent it would never be enough because they (elex) always comes out with new troops, hero’s, dragons that is like a black hole taking your money. It is like a mirage. Only it becomes a nightmare. They have no 800 number for customer support which conveniently means no recouping lost resources or troops when they are at fault. Before I quit I was hacked by another player who stole a 99.00 dollar worth purchase and 200,00 worth of gold. It’s all about money, for God’s sake don’t play this game.

Como puede ser posible q presente problemas, y después de 24 horas no he tenido una solución ni siquiera una respuesta.??? Y escribo al correo y al asistente y nada. Después de 5 años me siento estafado, nunca había presentado problemas y ahora q lo tengo no pueden ayudarme. Deberían tener la misma rapidez para atender los problemas que tienen para procesar los pagos. O es q solo cuenta y les importa el dinero???
