Fun but way to costly

This game is Fun but way to costly. And after every big update we get glitches like crazy. For ex. The update two days ago causes game to crash on iPad servers.

Customer service is all but worthless, they can’t understand or willingly feign ignorance to all of your issues. Chinese company that refuses to even attempt any reasonable customer service no matter how many recipients or documentation you submit.ELEX generates false ratings to lure you in.

I have had an account for four years. I had someone who was formerly a friend login to my account. Then he started messing up the account on purpose because he got upset. When I reported him, they said they would not restore the account to me because he had bought packs and I could not provide the receipts; even though I provided direct proof that I had owned the account since 2015! The developers of this game only care about you if you spend loads of money on it. Update: Even after providing seventy receipts for the account, I have been told that my receipts “are not for the account I am attempting to retrieve” and they refuse to look at the dispute for ownership at all. If you aren’t a 100 million power player that spends hundreds of dollars on the game, they give you no time and don’t care.

The opening video is perhaps the most annoying aspect of this new update. The screen is becoming overrun with ads. So many events and new things added to daily tasks that you basically need to play all day long. It’s getting ridiculous. WORST UPDATE. The app size is now taking up as much space on my phone as my operating system.

This game used to be good. The highest castle level was 30. Everyone wanted to achieve this goal. The game was moved around through multiple owners. Many players perceived them trying to get their investment out of it. Now the highest castle level is Prestige 6 (36), going on Prestige 10 (40) from Beta Testers. The updates were stagnant, but then they came out every week. It was amazing. It turned south when the normal player who spent little could not keep up with the top spenders of the game. 99% of the community would use protection items to have themselves not to be attacked 99% of the time. The developers came out with a 5-10 year plan with many more updates which leaves the average player behind. For a player to stay competitive, it may cost 200-2000 USD a week. This saddens me to have to leave the game after 4 of the 5 years, but I was one of those players left behind. Please do not download.

These days game crashes alot i cant even attack becouse of crashes.... i am iphone 5s user please try and fix it..hashtags becomes annoying we cant typ numbers correctly because of that.
