A game where developers don’t care

Don’t bother wasting your time on this game. The developers only care about the amount of money they are earning from the ones who spend their whole paycheck just to have a bigger better castle and they could care less about the feedback the other players are giving them. When this game first came out I started playing. It was the best and most fun game ever. As time went on greed started kicking in with the developers due to money. They should limit the amount of money a person can spend in a week if they really cared. They should also make it possible for those who choose not to spend money in the game to be able to grow just as fast as the people who spend money, but I doubt that will happen because money money money lol. They should also put all high powered castles in a kingdom by themselves, or make a kingdom for those who choose to grow and be united as a kingdom, and then have another kingdom for those who only want to battle. The developers aren’t as smart as they think they are, because if they gather their data and compare it from a few years back until today they would know the game has gone down, but they don’t see that because they are only focused on the money spenders. I quit the game because if your not spending money you can’t get far in the game due to bullies using you as their farm because you can’t buy gold for shields. If I could give this game no stars I would!! Wake up COK listen to your players who don’t spend money instead of saying “I’m sorry my lord we will do what we can to make your playing experience better” with your automated replies !! I one day all us non money spenders are going to tell you we told you so when your game starts going down the toilet because you didn’t listen, money is the root of all evil and it shows in your crappy game now! Go back to how you use to be before you let money control your game
Good game, bad customer service

The game overall is complex and fun. It can be difficult for people to learn and it takes a while to understand how everything works. There are endless paths to take to develop and become strong. The customer service has gotten pretty bad. They have been selling in game purchases for over $100 that don’t even show up when you buy them. Customer service does nothing but apologize and ask not to quit the game. I think people are starting to quit
Waste of your time and money

Wow, like a horrible movie, I kept waiting for this game to get better. After playing daily for a few months, I can say it just doesn't ever get fun. Constant upgrades of minuscule importance, searching for resources every three hours to pay for the endless upgrades, and healing armies ravaged by bigger players just means you're chum for the big money players...always. Actual battles require no strategy, if you're a level lower than your opponent, you lose. Save yourself a lot of time, and thousands of dollars, walk away from this game it’s a loser.

I love this game everything is cool but somebody hacked my account and I lost everything that i have troops and archangel set and im still trying to contact costumer service to get everything back I don’t want to lose my money it’s been 10 days already ?

I now give it a 1 star because of every update so far is full of bugs I can't even get into my castle and have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game over 8 times and I'm getting mad at the game I am almost to point to find new game and quite the game
Not compatible with iPad?!

I've been playing this game for several years, but the last update broke it for me and a lot of other players. I can't do any alliance activities, send out troops or use any items. In-game Support says it's because I play on an iPad. Despite what it says in the game description, they tell me it's only meant to be played on a phone. Go figure.
