Congratulation messages are getting really annoying. It’s non stop where you can’t even read anything if you have it open. And it’s not even players from you own kingdom it’s all kingdoms which make no since. Can you please stop those annoying messages or give us an option to turn them off.

The new update is so terrible way to many bugs new civilization bug is a major issue deleted the game twice just to try to fix the issue and it didn’t

Crescent Castle not showing

I switched to Cresent Civilization and now my castle looks like wood which is a level 1 castle. It’s been like this for 2 weeks. I’ve restarted, cleared and even reinstalled the game. Still a wooden castle. Also, I spent 6,000 gold to change my avatar only to have it disapproved. You guys need to give us back our gold when you don’t accept our avatars

It’s a fun game but very expensive if you want to compete even at half tier level. Once you invest some money you feel obligated to constantly play and you become trapped.

I’ve had an issue getting the latest event called Gods favor and now I can’t get the world map to load. All I get from support is “kindly restart and let the game load to 98% before playing”. I play on my phone! It has to load before I can play. But I’ve had 3 responses exactly the same.
