AMAZING game but one big issue

This game is great! With quarantine its a great game to pass the time. But I have noticed that suddenly where I was winning every defense, I was losing every single one for two weeks straight! And what did all the people attacking me have in common? Donated troops. Imaging being a town hall level 6 and being attacked by level 9 hog riders and balloons! I am always being destroyed because of this! Another issue with this is troops as defense! I am losing entire armys because of level 9 dragons and wizards defending villages! I literally threw 2 healing spells and had healers helping my level 3 giants, but than a stupid level 9 dragon ended my army in SECONDS! Please make it where if a troop is too high level it caps at max level for receivers laboratory. Thanks!

I love this game. I’ve played it since it came out (with a short hiatus) and I still can’t put it down. I love how un-P2P it is. Everyone is on the same playing field. My only complaint is with the matchmaking of the Clan War Leagues. It’s ridiculous how a clan with mostly th 11/12’s gets put up against (almost) entire clans of th 13’s. We’ve adapted and fought our way to Crystal League 1, however, it’s just getting worse and worse. Maybe consider adding a “Th 12 and under” setting. Along with th 11, 10, etc... so more clans can face other clans their same size and strength and actually make it a war of who strategizes best, as opposed to a war of who has the highest town hall, which is what it currently is. I’m not upset because we’re losing, we haven’t been demoted in CWL since September of 2019, but I get frustrated getting stuck in leagues just because we don’t have the th 13 firepower to match. Amazing game. Don’t get me wrong. One of the all time greats, but still lacking in the Clan War League mechanics.

Can’t even open the app to appeal a ban like tf. I’ve tried hours trying to get in contact with supercell, but no dice. Disappointing....

Hey supercell if you see this I love your games especially clash of clans. But there are so many possibilities that this game has while everyone is stuck inside. I have one suggestion, you should be able to purchase the gold pass with gems. I know it seems kind of silly but it will keep more players glued to your game especially in the long run.
