Transaction pending?

killer of try hards

I was trying to buy the gold pass so I tapped on it and I was stuck on saying transaction pending and I can’t buy anything! Please fix this issue

I would like to give a five stars for this game for all good amusements it contains, as I’m playing it just few years I had so much fun with my friends. I really appreciate your hard working behind such a good game, meanwhile I have three suggestions for having better experience in the game. 1: if it was possible to attach the name of each clan on the clan banner with 3D shape, it would be nice because some clans have long names that covers other buildings and it’s a bit annoying. 2: on the daily deal side , the trader always takes wrong item out of his pocket as it appears on the pop up preview. 3: the shadow behind the royal champion hero is more than other heroes, sometimes it feels like she is laid down on her place while she is not guarding the field and it looks not good from a distance. These were just suggestions and I think solving such small problems will definitely make the game much more enjoyable and realistic. Thank you

I had a great time playing this game for over 3 years, but ever since global chat was taken off, I’ve had a hard time finding a clan, and no one is active in any clan I would join. I’ve deleted because of this issue, and look forward to playing it again when global chat is back.

I absolutely love the game! The graphics are really good, I’d recommend! But, there’s something I’ve noticed that when being attacked and replaying the battle. Sometimes, when I am being matched up to defend against another player, that other player would have a higher Town Hall! It creates an unfair advantage against the smaller Town Hall person if defending. Also, that higher Town hall could have higher and stronger troops than the smaller players defense. What I’m trying to say is, the matching between players needs to be changed because, I’m being attacked by higher up Town Hall Players and losing. It’s creating an unfair advantage for me, and the other player who’s higher is always winning. If you could change up the way matching between attacking and defending player Town Hall levels, that would be great. Thank you if you get to read this!

Banned for no reason

Tried to get my old village back and they thought I was account phishing and perm banned me, I don’t even want that village anymore I just want to be able to play.
