(1) if we attack and dont loose troops,we shouldnt keep them what if we want differ troops and if we delete all of them we will be wasting elixer (2) we should be able to restart our base if players are sick of it (3) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEEE dont let players start a new th (aka town hall) unless EVERYTHING is upgraded max but let them turn this option off if they want Thank you for your time
