Better than Mint in my opinion

cking02

Mint couldn’t seem to keep up with my expenses so I would get delayed data. It was also just more complicated in my opinion to navigate Mint (though it’s certainly better than many other apps I’ve tried) but ClarityMoney has by far been the best for me. I left it to try out Mint but came back after about 2 months of Mint.

Requires Bank Info and Personal Info

ms101

Review improved after developer response. Note that this app starts with requiring your email address, then requiring banking information, then other personal information is required in order to use the app. Just wasn’t worth it to me.

Linking companies

Missing some major banks/companies when I tried to link it to clarity.

Not updated?

This app looks really pretty and organized. I really like how it looks. However they don't have the school loan that I have and also one of my credit cards. Also, they have a tool where you can manage your Marcus savings account, but you can only use it if you make a new Marcus account. It's useless if you already have one. Customer service not very helpful. Seems automated. Doesn't answer the questions i ask it. I'll keep the app because it really does look pretty and I'll continue to wait for them to update it I guess. But I have to use other budgeting apps to see how broke I truly am lol...not really funny it's sad.

Enjoying it so far

I’m enjoying the clean UI and the way everything is on the same page when I scroll down. The AI insight is really helpful and helps me know how my I’m doing from week to week. Only thing that would make the app more functional for me is having the budget to have a monthly version as well.

Not the best

TGA-DFW

I’ve used Clarity for a bit but I always have to reallocate expenses every month. I’ve assigned them to a category and recurring and I still have to adjust every month. Additionally, the new weekly budget tool is buggy. It will not let me choose an amount. Always defaults to zero. Super frustrating and I’ve just about had it with clarity and am looking to change to another platform.

Disappointed

Veronica.Jones

Downloaded the app and tried multiple times to create an account but an error would always pop up. Was excited but just couldn’t get it to work

Poor execution

Chuck7975

I thought the AI part of this might be cool, but instead the app keeps making decisions that I can’t undo. I transfer from Savings and the app says “You got paid!” And I can’t take that out of income. Also, no matter how many times I tell it my car payment is a recurring bill, since the bank shows it as a transfer the app just ignores the car payment and shows much more available in the budget than I have. There may be ways to fix these issues but they are not obvious. Uninstalled.

Great App

Runbyfaith

This app is great for providing a complete picture of all the money that is going in and coming out of your household depending on what you chose to enter. It has been helpful to see where my money has been going and has helped me make informed choices about spending, modifying bills, and savings. It even links to savings and investment apps like Acorns.

Excellent app

i need a budget planner

I’m going to college this September, so I’ve been looking for budgeting apps. I really like this app, but unfortunately it’s not available in other countries. If you could make it available in the UK, that’d be great
